What is your catering service availability?

Our catering services are available on weekdays from 9 AM to 3 PM. We are committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences during these hours to meet your catering needs.

What if I have specific dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your reservation or placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is there an order minimum?

We have a minimum order requirement of $150 for delivery and catering services.

What is your delivery area and associated delivery fee?

We offer delivery within a 5-mile radius of our location for a $30 delivery fee.

Can I modify or reschedule my order?

You may modify and reschedule your order based on availability. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

What is your cancellation policy for catering orders?

We require a minimum notice of 24-48 hours for cancellations or modifications for catering orders based on order value. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.

What is your cancellation policy for pickup orders?

For pickup orders, we require a minimum notice of 30 minutes for cancellations or modifications. Cancellations made after this time may result in a cancellation fee.

What is your cancellation policy for delivery orders?

We require a minimum notice of 1 hour for cancellations or modifications for delivery orders. Cancellations made after this time may result in a cancellation fee.

What happens if I cancel within the required notice period?

If you cancel within the required notice period, no fee will be charged.

What happens if I cancel outside the required notice period?

Cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from any prepaid amount or charged to the credit card on file.

What is your cancellation policy for orders under $200?

For orders under $200, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellations or modifications. Cancellations made after this time may result in a cancellation fee.

What is the cancellation policy for orders that exceed $200?

For orders over $200, we require a minimum notice of 48 hours for cancellations or modifications. Cancellations made after this time may result in a cancellation fee.
